OPEN Tuesday-Saturday 10AM - 6PM (on the corner of Rt. 28 & Cove Rd Orleans, MA.) Please call 508-240-1422 and one of our friendly spa concierges will assist you. You may also make an appointment request online.
Parking
We have parking on site for our guests. Please enter from the Rt. 28 entrance and exit on to Cove Rd. If by chance you arrive and there is not parking on site please find the public parking lot down Cove Rd. on the left hand side.
Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of services reserved. Thank you for your consideration.
Scheduling
Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service staff will help you to make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving WELSTAR.
Home Care Products
At WELSTAR, you can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using our extensive line of home care products. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and condition to help you continue to look and feel your best.
Spa Wear
A cozy robe and spa slippers are provided whenever guests visit for more than one service, or by request with any appointment. Lockers are also available by request. Please "come as you are" to WELSTAR -we will provide any spa wear required for your treatments and relaxation.
Refreshments
We provide a full refreshment service for all guests, whether you are visiting us for an hour or the day. This includes a selection of WELSTAR herbal teas, WELSTAR herbal cocktails, sparkling water, juice, fresh fruit, energy bars, nuts and dried fruit. When making your appointments, let us know if you'd like to relax at the tea bar or on the porch to enjoy refreshments before or after your treatments.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices. We feel that the decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client experience, and left to the discretion of the client.
Punctuality
To insure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at WELSTAR about 30 minutes before your first service is scheduled. This will allow time to create/update your Client Profile, get a cup of tea or beverage, change into your robe (if necessary) and relax before your treatments begin. If you arrive late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but you may not be able to enjoy your full service time.
WELSTAR Packages
For any occasion let us help you design a treatment package that best suits your needs. We can create a custom half or full day at the Spa or an entire Spa Journey taking you over weeks to reach a desired goal.
Welstar Spa-rtys
Birthdays, Holiday office Parties, Weddings, Sweet Sixteens, Anniversaries... what ever the occasion WELSTAR will be happy to make it extra special. You can take over the Spa and spend the whole day with your special guests and/or just visit together for a treatment or two.
Group Events
For parties of five or more, please contact Guest Services about your group event. Depending on the size and nature of the group, a Group Event Fee may be applicable, and deposits are sometimes required to guarantee reservations.
Staff Selection and Changes
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member - or if you'd just like to get a fresh point of view - please let us know. Our staff functions as a team and would be happy to accommodate you.

Ongoing Discounts
WELSTAR offers 10% off towards a series of 10 full service treatments paid in advance.
For Your Protection
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home.
Please
WELSTAR asks that you kindly leave any cellular phones, beepers and pagers at home, so that both you and our other clients can fully relax and enjoy their time at the spa.
Gift Cards
WELSTAR Gift Cards are available online or at our customer service desk at the spa. Ask about our many programs and treatments which may be ideal for a loved one or valued client or friend.
Children
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 13. (Except for pre-arranged Spa-rtys!)
